Logler 9/11 Internship Program

Thank you for your interest in the 9/11 Logler Internship Program. The program is sponsored on a volunteer basis by the New York Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute, to provide meaningful summer internship opportunities in public and investor relations at New York agencies and corporations.

To qualify for the program, you must be sponsored by a NIRI partner organization and be interested in pursuing a career in public, investor or media relations or corporate communications. In the past, we have placed interns with Ogilvy PR, Burson Marsteller and Lane PR, BCG Partners, Hain Celestial, MF Global and Delphi Financial Group.

To apply, please email the following information to Pat Tracey, VP Professional Development of NIRI-NY, at PTracey@georgeson.com. Please feel free to email any questions you have about the program.

  • Resume and cover letter

  • Sponsoring organization

  • Official copy of your college transcript

  • One writing sample chosen from articles you've written for your college newspaper, or a short paper or essay submitted for a class

  • A second writing sample, an essay that describes why you're interested in a career in public, investor or media relations or corporate communications
