Thank you for your interest in the 9/11 Logler Internship Program. Since 2002, our chapter has helped children who lost parents on 9/11 advance their career goals with meaningful summer internships in the fields of investor relations, PR, and corporate communications at tri-state area agencies and corporations. The program is dedicated to the memory of former NIRI-NY chapter member Elizabeth Logler, who passed away at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
To qualify for an internship under the program, you must be sponsored by our partner organization, the recognized 9/11 charity Tuesday’s Children, and be interested in pursuing a career in public, investor or media relations or corporate communications. To date, we have placed interns with Acorda Therapeutics, Acquire Media, Altria, BGC Partners, Burson-Marsteller, Capital Bridge, Catalyst Global, Delphi Financial Group, EDGAR Online, Hain Celestial, Henry Schein, theIRapp, PepsiCo and Veeco Instruments.
Please email any questions you have about applying for the program to Patrick Tracey.
